A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic ECommerce Customer Service Agent to join our Odondo Team!

Please Note All Odondo Roles Are Offered On A Self Employed Basis Only And You Are Required To Have Your Own Equipment

What does the job involve?

· Resolving customer queries via tickets using Zendesk and Shopify platforms

· Updating customer information and helping customers access their accounts when necessary

· Identifying where additional information is required and communicating this to the customer

· Responding to the customer using templates and ensuring these are personalised to suit the customer and their particular scenario

· Ecommerce multiplatform experience is essential to navigate confidently and successfully

· Live chat and calls may also be used to communicate with customers

We are looking for people with:

· Candidates with ticketing-based customer service experience, particularly Zendesk and Shopify

· Previous Customer Service experience on an e-commerce environment

· Excellent written and spoken communication skills

· Call centre or over the phone customer service experience

A good candidate will have:

· Worked from home and have a home office set up and a quiet and uninterrupted spot to work from

· MS Office knowledge

· Confidence working across multiple customer service and ecommerce platforms

· Well spoken, articulated and have high standards to deliver professional Customer Service

· Have used AWS in a work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.00 per hour
