Procore is seeking a Sales Planning & Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Planning team. In this role, you’ll interface with all levels of our organisation to drive the advancement of projects, create and streamline processes, and ensure our teams are set-up for success. Successful candidates are organised, proactive, and able to manage a wide range of tasks.

As a Sales Planning & Operations Specialist, you’ll identify opportunities to improve revenue performance through our revenue planning programs focused on territory management and account assignment, compensation crediting, quota management, and more. This is driven through partnerships with our Field Operations, Insights, Finance, and Talent teams. Your operational approach will not only support the overall success of the Revenue organisation, but ensure our planning programs align with our revenue strategy and ideal business outcomes.

This role has the opportunity to work based out of our London office, or remotely in the UK. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage various aspects of operations for revenue planning, including territories and account assignments, commission crediting, rules of engagement, and quotas
  • Implements processes to ensure efficient operations in support of our revenue plan and growth goals
  • Partners with sales leaders to ensure we are providing high-quality service and support
  • Own territory carves and assignments during annual planning, territory logic, and ongoing account assignment
  • Supports commission crediting process splits, overrides, holdovers, and any opportunity adjustments
  • Create rules of engagement policy, identifying trends and areas of improvement
  • Govern sales quotas, calculates ramp and proration, ensuring that quotas are correctly assigned through commissions and sales forecasting
  • Support (Sales Performance Incentive Funds) SPIF planning to ensure we are staying within a defined budget, driving ideal business outcomes, and tracking results and return on investment
  • Manages the cadence, process, governance, and feedback loop for key employee/user data managed across multiple systems

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience working in a Revenue focused environment, either in sales, customer service, or operations
  • 1+ years of revenue or sales operations experience is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment that requires teamwork, trust, and the willingness to jump into new projects to help the team
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of sales systems and tools (Salesforce.com, etc.); curiosity to learn new systems, processes, and tools
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • SaaS experience is preferred
