With the move to our new corporate HQ at Fort Dunlop in early March, this role will be instrumental in supporting colleague engagement and delivering upon our corporate objectives and company values and ethos.


Role Purpose

The role of Executive Assistant will see you supporting our CEO, CFO and wider Executive Directors, offering excellent administrative support and making a significant contribution to our Executive Directors.

Providing day to day administrative support, including diary management, hotel and travel bookings, preparation of Board packs and associated reports, you will be a keen organiser with an accurate eye and great task management.

Coordinating meetings and schedules, acting as a key liaison between the Director group and distributing internal communications and updates, your communication skills will set you apart from the competition and bring huge value to our business.


What you’ll be doing……


  • Ensuring the smooth running of the CEO/CFO and Director’s schedules
  • Supporting the Directors with reports and administration
  • Board pack preparation and taking minutes at Board, Management, and other associated meetings
  • Attendance and input at Director/Management and other associated meetings
  • Arrange Business logistics for all travel requirements including booking flights, transport, hotels, and other reservations
  • Communicate with Board Members, schedule Board Meetings, and arrange meeting agendas
  • Liaise with clients and business guests
  • Organise media appearances and events
  • Diary management
  • Preparation of company presentations
  • Setting up of meetings and bringing forward associated paperwork for these and other meetings


As our Executive Assistant, you will bring the following skills, behaviours, and experiences to our team:


  • Previous experience of ideally 3 years or more as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant – Essential
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with the senior team and all staff alike
  • Fully proficient in all of Microsoft 365 Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and offer agile support, often within tight deadlines
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work alone
  • High attention to detail
  • Understanding that confidentiality is essential in the role. The individual should therefore be exceptional in engendering trust
  • Positive and solutions-focussed
  • Open-minded and possessing the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Discreet and highly professional
  • Creative, curious and a keen problem-solver
