We are looking for someone to join our fantastic People Team as a Talent Acquisition Administrator in our Bristol office on an initial 12 month contract to help us provide outstanding service to the employees who create a Home for Success.

The Talent Acquisition team operate in a fun, fast-paced environment supporting the business in all areas of specialist and volume recruitment. This is a diverse and challenging role that will provide excellent experience for someone looking for a career in Talent Acquisition or HR.

What You`ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the TA team and Line Managers in all areas of the recruitment process
  • Processing changes to Terms and Conditions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitoring the shared inbox, responding to questions and requests from colleagues across the business and prioritising tasks as necessary
  • Producing contracts of employment
  • Co-ordinate diaries to schedule interviews
  • Maintaining accurate record keeping
  • Adhering to filing protocols in line with GDPR requirements including data deletion
  • Supporting Line Managers to comply with internal people processes
  • Contribute to achieving team KPIs
  • Working in a methodical manner, ensuring that all required process steps are completed in order to deliver excellent service and accuracy
  • Use HR Management systems to an effective standard, ensuring that employee records are created and updated in a timely and accurate way
  • Seek to continuously improve processes to deliver added efficiency and an enhanced experience for our people

What We`re Looking for in You

  • A friendly, customer service focussed approach, confidence in speaking to colleagues of all levels across the business
  • A positive attitude with the ability to adapt swiftly to change
  • A good understanding of GDPR and working in a team environment where personal data is kept confidential, protected and secure
  • An ability to manage your own workload, prioritise tasks effectively and work to tight deadlines accurately
  • IT capabilities in MS Office (Particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and One Drive) with the ability to quickly learn bespoke IT systems and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a confident manner when communicating via Microsoft Teams or a similar communication tool
