Fastlane Autocare is looking for a Sales Representative and customer on a full-time basis.

You do however need to be driven, customer focused and be able to deal with booking work in, assisting customers and ensuring a fantastic customer experience as well as making sure the garage is flowing with work and customers are kept up to date.

You will be based in St Helens, Merseyside, and will work closely with our mechanics and customers to help us achieve our ambition of delivering exceptional service.

• You will work with computers and face-to-face to facilitate both online and in-person sales.
• You must have strong IT skills and understand how to use sales platforms and other online platforms, such as social media.
• You should have good English Language skills so you can represent our company effectively online.
• You will need time management and problem-solving skills.
• A knowledge of vehicles, automotive repairs or mechanic services is not essential but is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
