Conveyancing knowledge of the whole process (residential/commercial)
Previous property experience preferred (12 months minimum + )
Candidate Duties
Experience of dealing with commercial property and residential property matters
Experience of dealing with commercial leases both for landlord and tenant transactions
Dealing with files from inception to completion/post completion
Ensures compliance with all regulatory and SRA requirements
Deliver exceptional Customer Service
Good team working skills
