• As a Front-End Developer, you would join UI engineering team engaged in greenfield development of new applications alongside reshaping the experience of an existing product suite.
• The internal Moody's title for this role would be an Assistant Director Front-End Engineer
• Develop functional prototypes using HTML, CSS & TypeScript to demonstrate creative concepts
• Coordinate with a global engineering and design team to implement UI solutions
• Plan, design, and utilise web technologies to write new and modify existing code for software enhancements and development of new products and features
• Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance of software
• Partner with engineering teams to implement modern presentation techniques
• Help create and maintain documentation
• Help the team leverage and contribute to open-source technologies

This position can sit anywhere in the UK.

• Experience in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, TypeScript) in context of API-driven applications
• Experience with React and other JavaScript libraries
• Strong aptitude for writing elegant code and advocate for best-in-class user experience
• We operate in a CI/CD environment therefore experience writing unit, integration tests and a coding style that enables testability is highly desirable
• Knowledge of, and experience implementing, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines is desirable
