We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Finance Assistant to join our team to assist our Finance department with our day to day and monthly Finance practices.

Finance Assistant Main Responsibilities and Duties.

  • Reconcile daily revenue figures and banking from all areas
  • Manage charge backs log and reply to the charge backs within the given time.
  • Responsible for managing the main cash float and cash change for hotel.
  • Completion of sales ledger invoice checks to ensure they are correct for clients.
  • Managing sales ledger to ensure prompt payment, chase for outstanding invoices to AR targets.
  • Manage BACS transactions between departments.
  • Reconcile petty cash on weekly basis.
  • Assist Finance Controller with month end processes related to this role.
  • Carry out income audit checks against a check list.
  • Post incoming bank transactions into the accounting system.
