Position Summary
An excellent opportunity has become available for a Technology Product Manager to join the Technology function. This key role is responsible for designing, enhancing, maintaining, and supporting the implementation of change to Edrington’s SAP ERP product, ensuring that the design of any new functionality meets business requirements and is scalable. The Technology Product Manager is a key interface and translator between the multiple key users of SAP ERP across business units, regions, business functions, and our strategic delivery partners.
Job Description
  • The role is responsible for identifying, designing, and, working with our strategic partners, delivering change to SAP ERP effectively.
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities within SAP ERP to empower every individual in the organisation to use data-insights to make smarter and informed decisions.
  • Ensure that the SAP ERP product architecture aligns with the organisation's overall Technology strategy and roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the SAP ERP system’s architecture and design.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal key users and 3rd party development teams to ensure that solutions are aligned to business goals and global ways of working.
  • Work with our 3rd party development teams to ensure the delivery of critical changes are implemented as planned.
  • Maintain the global template in multiple areas of Finance and/or Global Supply Chain.
  • Work with key users, group finance, and/or global supply chain to develop adequate governance to maximise adherence to global ways of working and processes.
  • Develop and maintain metrics and relevant KPIs in support of the SAP ERP product goals.
  • Guide and inspire the organisation about the business potential of global ways of working in SAP ERP.
  • Train other staff in Technology and the wider business on SAP ERP principles and techniques.
  • Work closely with the Head of Business Relationship Management and Business Analysis to increase awareness of upcoming changes to SAP ERP.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on SAP ERP capabilities and benefits of S/4HANA. Together with the rest of the Data Analytics team, the role will also work on different initiatives to raise data literacy across Edrington.
Skills and Experience
To take on the challenge of this role you will have a degree in computer science, finance, or a related field, with a strong background in finance and/or supply chain. You will have previous experience in ERP solution design or system integrations in the areas of SD, MM, PP, BW commensurate to this level of role.

You will be highly motivated, self-driven and be confident in working with a wide range of stakeholders locally and cross culturally with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. You will have a proven track record in project management particularly in developing and implementing solutions using agile methodologies. Experience of Power BI integrations would be an advantage.
