 T&C/Recruitment Coordinator
  Location: Bridgwater

 We are currently recruiting for a T&C/Recruitment Coordinator to support our inspection team based at Hinkley Point.
 
 
 The T&C/Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for the timely recruitment of sourcing appropriately qualified personnel and maintaining training and competency records to fulfil all Bilfinger work scopes at Hinkley Point.
 
 
 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  
 Recruitment
   
  
   - Raise recruitment requisitions via system
- Gather all relevant certification and qualifications meet the position requirements, is valid and that all required documentation is verified accordingly.
- As part of the onboarding process, prepare and issue contractual documentation when required, to all new and rehire personnel, work schedules to current employees and schedule induction and mandatory training for all new employees before mobilisation.
- Order PPE for new start or rehire employees.
- Maintenance of personnel electronic records in all relevant internal systems.
 
 
 
  
 Training & Competency
   
  
   - Responsible for accurately maintaining Inspection Division’s personnel training and competency records to ensure full compliance with ISO17020 and ISO9001 requirements and company procedures
- Arranging, recording and monitoring competency assessments / trade tests and communicating outcomes with personnel and project management. Coordinating Technicians attending competency resits and further training as recommended by the Technical Managers
- Issuing reminders to all personnel regarding upcoming Competency Surveillances as well as training renewals.
- Accurately Completing PCN/CSWIP training renewal documentation
- Coordinate training/in-house training and certification and maintain SQEP records and certificates within client competence site.
- Raising Training Request Forms timeously and monitoring progress
- Update incoming certification/competency/trade assessment records within company training system
- Contribute and liaise with the wider Training and Competency team, sharing best practice and building a “one team” culture which will contribute to ensuring seamless recertification and new training processes.
- Link site to the wider Bilfinger business and support the delivery of personnel to site, to ensure full understanding of site requirements.
- Develop training and competence plans for review with the client and project management team.
- Support with Trade Assessment process and employee personal development plans.
- Perform regular audits on personnel training and competency records.
- Provide support for any auditing activities and any corrective actions relating to training and competency identified in audits.
- Document defined training and competence plans for external providers, including subcontractors.
- Ensure mandatory training is monitored, maintained and completed in a timely manner.
- Providing basic administrative tasks, for example, completing forms, updating Company system, electronic filing.
- Maintain up to date CV’s for all site personnel along with qualification certification in support of both internal and external audits.
- Identify competence gaps and develop gap analysis plans.
- Manage interface with the client Training & Competency focal point and Bilfinger internal T&C department.
- Update Management and internal stakeholders on a regular basis, by means of reporting, as agreed.
- Support the roll out of any Training & Competency related initiatives, training system user guidance or best practise.
- Link site to the wider Bilfinger business and support the delivery of personnel to site, to ensure full understanding of site requirements.
