Working at UserTesting, you will be empowered to help organizations discover the human side of business–transforming how they work, collaborate, innovate, and bring new products and experiences to market. This is what inspires us, and it's how we enable companies to connect with their audiences naturally and organically through an experience that is uniquely, and intentionally human.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate Manager of Product Operations to lead internal product data insights and overall operations within UserTesting's Product organization. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the deep understanding of our platform's usage, translating this usage into impactful and actionable reporting, and driving operational efficiency within our product lifecycle. This role will have you managing two direct reports and the ideal candidate is passionate about surfacing data to drive decisions and developing highly efficient teams.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the decision science team to provide data-driven insights and guidance to inform product decisions and strategy.
  • Helping the decision science team establish a prioritized roadmap of reporting projects, focused on building and maintaining top-line product metrics that are used by product teams, executive leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Supporting operations of the Pricing and Packaging Committee to assure pricing decisions and their execution are performed in a consistent, collaborative, and informed manner.
  • Serving as the product team focal point in our broader R&D PDLC continuous improvement efforts, to foster alignment across transversal functions and reinforce consistency of execution within the product team.
  • Standardizing the way our product team is gathering and managing customer feedback (from idea portals, etc), and from internal teams. Coordinating this feedback with our internal product research team and product roadmapping liturgies.
  • Providing education and guidance to empower others to conduct their own data research through self-serve tools and documentation.
  • Working with product/engineering and business operations teams (like BI reporting team or Data Warehouse engineering team) to ensure the correct data is being captured in a reportable location like our data warehouse.
  • Partner with the entire Product, Engineering, Design, Research, and Security team to ensure the right definition and delivery for every initiative. You will be establishing goals early in the life cycle, defining key metrics and continuously communicating the state of planning, delivery, and risk.
  • Work collaboratively across the company, with your main stakeholders being the Marketing, Product Marketing, Pricing, Enterprise Systems and application development teams.

What we are looking for:

  • Passionate about data, visualizing data in impactful ways, and supporting a culture of data-driven decision making.
  • Love to take ownership of projects and nurture them to be highly successful and efficient.
