Senior Client Implementation Manager

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Client Implementation Manager to join our Workplace Savings Distribution team. As a Senior Client Implementation Manager, you’ll lead from the front in a client facing role.
Stakeholder management and engagement is key to being successful in the role. Responsibilities will include chairing meetings with advisers, clients, trustees, investment consultants and third parties such as payroll companies. You’ll also have close contact with our Executive Committee, Senior Leadership Team and wider internal teams regarding all aspects concerning implementation or client scheme changes.
As the Senior Client Implementation Manager you will be accountable for the successful delivery of client implementation and scheme change projects for new and existing clients. We’re looking for a strong confident communicator, with the ability to influence and work collaboratively. You’ll be comfortable generating new ideas, challenging current processes and helping to create new processes that are fit for purpose to a range of stakeholders will play a vital part of the role.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:

A strong Defined Contribution (DC) background with knowledge of both trust and contract based pension schemes

Excellent relationship management and partnering skills

The ability to present to a variety of senior stakeholders both internally and externally

Can demonstrate excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet strict deadlines, while demonstrating accountability for individual workload

The ability to think holistically, seek to utilize multiple inputs to make informed decisions and achieve a positive solution

A competitive salary from £44,640 – £55,800, depending on the experience you can bring

34 days leave per year (including bank holidays, pro-rated for part-time)

We are open to the successful candidate being based within distance of our Edinburgh, Peterborough or London office.
