The practice is a top tier ranked within the corporate mid-market space in London and this role is working with some of the markets leading clients.
You will be required to advise on broad range of matters such as private M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures and general corporate work. Matters are primarily cross-border, complex with exciting brands and offer the associate a great deal of responsibility in leading on matters, managing clients and juniors.
