Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a Local Authority, based in the West Midlands, which is in need of a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team. The successful applicant will become the Council's principal legal adviser on Property matters.

Role: Senior Commercial Property Lawyer

Location: West Midlands, remote!

Rate: £45ph-£50ph

Contract Length: 3 months ongoing, 37 hours a week

The Role:

• Deal with your own Commercial Property Law caseload from start to completion. The property portfolio of the Council ranges from industrial estates located across the county, retail units, offices, education and leisure facilities.
• Work closely with the Council's Property Services Team in order to successfully manage a large number of instructions
• Manage a team of junior Commercial Property Lawyers

The Person:

• A qualified Solicitor or Executive with 2+ years of PQE in Commercial Property Law
• Someone who is comfortable dealing with their own caseload whilst assisting others with theirs and providing sound legal advice
• Ideally someone who has worked within a Commercial Property Law team at a senior level for a Local Authority
