Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to join our team at Brainology Tuition Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to promote our tuition services to potential customers. The Sales Representative will play a key role in developing our customer base and increasing revenue.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to promote our tuition services

Build and maintain relationships with potential customers

Conduct cold calls and follow-up with leads to schedule appointments

Provide potential customers with information about our tuition services and benefits

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas

Attend sales meetings and training sessions

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies

Provide feedback to the management team to improve sales processes and strategies

Requirements:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Self-motivated and target-driven

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Flexibility to work weekends or evenings when necessary

High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

Availability to work 12pm-6pm on Saturdays and Sundays, once/twice a month.

Compensation:

We offer an hourly rate plus commission for every new parent signed up. The commission structure is designed to reward hard work and success.
