We are looking for an enthusiastic retail salesperson to join our team in Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales assistance to our customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understanding customer needs and recommending products or services that meet their requirements
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Receiving and processing stock shipments
• Achieving sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic computer skills
• Flexible availability to work weekends and evenings as required
