The team includes a wide range of experienced, skilled individuals including nurses, paramedics, clinical support workers, pharmacy technicians, pharmacist, ANP, physiotherapist, administration support workers and more. You will become part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team, using your skills, experience and knowledge to help define and deliver care to those with often complex needs. As well as providing excellent care to service users, you will also support colleagues in developing the service.
