We are currently recruiting for a Reception Manager for our 5-Star super-boutique The Londoner Hotel.

Overview:

  • An Amazing opportunities to join the Front of House Team at The Londoner Hotel as a Reception Manager.
  • As a Reception Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the lobby operation ensuring a high level of service is always maintained and expectations are exceeded.
  • As a Reception Manager your focus will be on service delivery as guest satisfaction is paramount within this role.

  • Your will responsible for ensuring you lead and the lobby team to establish a highly motivated and winning team.

About You:

  • Proven track record of overseeing a busy reception as a reception supervisor or hotel duty management experience is required within a 4 or 5 Star hotel.
  • Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Guest Plus.
  • Be able to demonstrate previous experience of leading, coaching and developing a team.
  • It is essential you have excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.

  • Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
