Five Oceans Spaces is expanding as a multi-trade and turnkey contractor in the regeneration sector and needs additional Project coordination and management to plan and oversee the delivery of work to new and existing customers.
This is a development role, with a broad ranging starting point, depending upon experience, with a huge potential for growth, depending upon enthusiasm and commitment to grow with the business.
You will likely have some experience of specialist trades contracting, whether by working for a specialist contractor or a general contractor overseeing subcontractors.
You are likely to have completed some academic training in a built environment subject and be willing to progress further by studying on a part-time basis.
The position requires time in the office, as well as at sites and requires communication with project stakeholders including clients, contractors and tenants. You will coordinate project resources including directly employed and subcontract technicians, requisition or order materials and hired equipment.
Depending upon your current level of education, you may be provided a fully funded part-time college or university course in an appropriate built environment subject, to progress your career to the next level.
