About the role
Parkinson’s is the fastest growing neurological condition in the world. Around 145,000 people live with Parkinson’s in the UK and we’re evolving our strategy to reach and support as many of those affected by the condition as possible, to campaign for better health and care and to get new treatments, faster.
We’re looking for an experienced marketing manager who will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of ambitious marketing campaigns to meet the objectives of our new strategy.
You will offer consultancy and support to teams across the charity, instil best practice, drive results and, ultimately, improve the lives of people affected by Parkinson’s.
You’ll be a strong project and campaign manager, led by audience insight and skilled at bringing a variety of stakeholders along on the journey with you.

What you’ll do:
Manage the development, delivery, and evaluation of key marketing activity across a range of objectives and audiences
Work with teams across the charity to develop marketing plans that maximise our impact
Offer marketing consultancy and mentorship to different areas of the charity, increasing our efficiency, performance and the quality of briefs submitted
Through high-quality advice, challenge and support ensure effective collaboration and co-ordination between communications and other Directorates
Drive our audience focus by ensuring that people affected by Parkinson’s are included in the development of campaigns
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience developing and delivering successful multi-channel marketing activity
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques - including paid, owned, brand and digital media
Experience working with audience segmentation and using actionable insights to improve campaigns
Experience of evaluating and measuring marketing and engagement activities and identifying opportunities for improvements
