Community Disability PIP Assessor.

- £35 000- £38 000 basic.

Disability Assessor to join one of the leading healthcare groups across the UK.

- Conduct assessments to understand how people’s conditions affect their daily lives.
- Write detailed reports based on evidence for each assessment carried out.

To be considered, you must have:
- Two years post-registration experience as Pharmacist supporting Adults 16+
- Master of Pharmacy Degree (MPharm 2+2).
- Fully registered with a relevant UK regulatory body (GPhC/PSNI), without restriction or conditions, and with a valid PIN.
- No prior Disability Assessor experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Your job title will be “Disability Assessor” and your job will be to ensure those who are entitled to PIP – get what they are entitled to.
“I started nursing to help people – will I still help people?”
Yes. This role is so important for society. Without this scheme, without disability assessors, and without the reports, claimants who are entitled to PIP would go without.
“Can I pick my own hours?”
Yes. Full-time and part-time positions are available– should I mention there are no weekends involved – ever. You can pick hours to suit you as long as they are between 8 am-8 pm such as 9 am-5 pm.
