What is the purpose of the role?

As a Consulting & Technology Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building out our Consulting & Tech Partner Ecosystem consisting of regional and global SIs and large complimentary tech companies. This will require working cross-functionally to increase the value proposition, identify ways of working together and validating the technical and GTM strategies to ensure the success and growth of these partnerships.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with Keyloop Professional Services to manage co-delivery partners
  • Identify, onboard and manage skilled consulting firms, system integrators and tech companies
  • Work with marketing, SFDC team, the partner applications team and other key stakeholders to build out a partner portal, inclusive of training and onboarding materials
  • Manages relationships with external vendors and other external stakeholders who are key to the program success, holding people accountable for their role in the successful delivery of the programme
  • Interface with Engineering, product and business owners to solidify tech partners have a solid GTM
  • Create innovative revenue opportunities through tech partnerships
  • Work closely with the App Partner Ecosystem to leverage relationships and ways of working
  • Work with the development team to understand available API integrations and to agree on future API functionality

Skills Knowledge and Experience you’ll need:

  • 4+ years of experience building successful partner ecosystems

  • Interprets customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies solutions to non-standard requests
  • Regularly engages and influences at senior level (Dealer Principal; C-Level) in Partner/Customer/Dealer Group.
  • Champions the customer view and seeks internal support to deliver for the customer
  • Clearly articulates the Keyloop strategy to customers and the value Keyloop can deliver to their organisation

  • Applies best practices and knowledge of internal/external business challenges to improve products, processes or services
