This position can be based in High Wycombe UK, New Jersey Skillman USA or Colombia Cali offices.

What will you do
- Establish a CoreS4 design that effectively supports the business strategy and objectives end-to-end.
- Supporting effective Source to Pay flows with a focus on Accounts Payable with relation to Direct Procurement with a focus on automation and minimizing manual transaction processing.
- Collaborate with Source & treasury partners on triggers for invoicing and payment activities to ensure end-to-end flows are mapped, streamlined accounting is automated in the ERP, and efficient Accounts Payable management is achieved.
- Understand ERP capabilities to maximize the automation and integration within the ERP and identify where bolt ons are required to ensure best in-class execution
- All processes are documented from user perspective to ensure clarity of understanding and issue resolution
- Contribute to roll out timelines and phasing to meet Consumer business needs
- Lead implementation of scope areas
o Invoicing
o Payments
o Reversals/Voids
o Supplier Financing
o AP Reporting

- Deliver future looking ERP design fit for successful Consumer business
- Align on roadmap priorities
- Drive implementation to roadmap plan

Qualifications
What we are looking for
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or an international qualified accountant equivalent
Languages:
- Fluent English, confidence in presenting to Senior Management in English
Experience Required:
- Progressive job experience in different Finance Functions
- Detailed knowledge of AP and Procurement flows, including required interaction with multiple stakeholders, and management versus statutory reporting needs
- Working knowledge of financial postings in SAP (MM & FI) or equivalent ERPs associated with Direct P2P transactions (PO, GR, INV, PAY)
- Working experience in at least 2 end to end projects across all phases
- Working experience on major global programs
- Ability to collaborate with multiple partners
Prefererences:
- Business consulting experience is a plus
