Responsibilities
Project Design/Creation/Management
- Member of Design Team
- Be an active part of the team, leading and contributing to solutions and project design
- Assist with “Project Scopes” ensuring they are tangible and that projects/solutions are realistic, deliverable, and fit for purpose
- Creation of projects on internal systems including (but not limited to);
- Accepting handover from Account Management Team
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Ensuring all projects have clear and unambiguous instructions/steps for the project delivery team to follow
- Controlling finance and billing or projects and phases including financial forecasting
- Taking ownership of Engineer Resourcing/Capacity and Project Timelines and providing a Resource Stretch Report to Account Management and Senior Leadership Team
- Customer liaison, engagement and escalation
- Ongoing Project Management
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks for project resource whilst ensuring all are actively working toward established milestones
- Hold regular project team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Identify any trends or repetitive steps within projects that can be templated/documented for future projects, or useful for any future Design Team Scoping
- Confirm that quality is delivered throughout the entire lifecycle of a project and address/raise any issues if/when any are identified
- Ensure a good level of documentation is recorded throughout so solutions can be supported after delivery
- Project Billing and close down
- Provide monthly reports on Projects including time logged, timelines, finances and forecasting

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
