Responsibilities

Project Design/Creation/Management

  • Member of Design Team
  • Be an active part of the team, leading and contributing to solutions and project design
  • Assist with “Project Scopes” ensuring they are tangible and that projects/solutions are realistic, deliverable, and fit for purpose
  • Creation of projects on internal systems including (but not limited to);
  • Accepting handover from Account Management Team
  • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
  • Ensuring all projects have clear and unambiguous instructions/steps for the project delivery team to follow
  • Controlling finance and billing or projects and phases including financial forecasting
  • Taking ownership of Engineer Resourcing/Capacity and Project Timelines and providing a Resource Stretch Report to Account Management and Senior Leadership Team
  • Customer liaison, engagement and escalation
  • Ongoing Project Management
  • Assign and oversee the daily tasks for project resource whilst ensuring all are actively working toward established milestones
  • Hold regular project team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
  • Identify any trends or repetitive steps within projects that can be templated/documented for future projects, or useful for any future Design Team Scoping
  • Confirm that quality is delivered throughout the entire lifecycle of a project and address/raise any issues if/when any are identified
  • Ensure a good level of documentation is recorded throughout so solutions can be supported after delivery
  • Project Billing and close down
  • Provide monthly reports on Projects including time logged, timelines, finances and forecasting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
