Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Data & Analytics team which is accountable for the timely execution of technology & analytics projects across Network Management and UK Outsourcing (UKO).

Job responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery of a range of transformation initiatives.
  • Defining problem statements, gathering & defining requirements, and prioritizing delivery in partnership with the Network Management & UKO teams.
  • Partnering in c ross-functional teams including the Business, Technology, Operations and Data & Analytics team.
  • Leading business analysts through the project lifecycle, providing support and guidance as well as coaching and direction.
  • Managing, tracking and reporting to management the Project delivery from initiation through scope, requirements, build, testing, operational readiness and implementation.
  • Management, escalation and mitigation of risks, issues and dependencies.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Strong project management & business analysis skills with track record of consistent execution
  • Business process reengineering experience, a tenacity to search to root cause of issues and the ability to lead efforts to define and implement creative solutions
  • Experience of prioritization of programs of work and responses to complex issues
  • Ability to interpret issues raised, and prioritize to key stakeholders regarding resolution plans and expectations
  • Ability to consistently deliver results with little direct supervision knowing when to seek assistance or escalate
  • Ability to define processes and use of data across operational flows

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Experience of people management and leading team
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry, with an understanding of the products and markets in which the investment bank operates
