THE ROLE:
Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join their Real Estate Commercial team in Manchester. The appointed Legal Assistant will be working in a small, friendly team and providing one-on-one support to a busy Senior Associate. In this role as a Legal Conveyancing Assistant, your key duties will include, preparing files for handover to the Post Completion department, providing quotes to clients, sale transactions and handling enquires from estate agents, clients and solicitors and general administrative duties. As well as offering an exciting and stimulating position, this role offers the opportunity for hybrid working.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from candidates that will have gained a minimum of 12 months’ experience within a similar role. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike. The appointed legal professional will be joining at a busy time, and you must be able to hit the ground running and adapt quickly to a busy workload. Being successful in this role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to prioritise workload where necessary.
