Salary is negotiable dependent on experience (£21k to £25k as a guideline)

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to provide support to a busy commercial property department of a Lexcel and CQS accredited, Legal 500-listed law firm, based on the outskirts of Coventry. Own transport is essential due to the office location.

The role will involve:

• Opening files for new matters
• Sending out client care correspondence
• Completing client questionnaires
• Drafting of legal documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients by telephone, email and face to face
• Conducting due diligence relating to clients and cases
• Managing and dealing with post-completion matters and registrations
• Closing files and arranging storage of deeds

Suitable candidates will have:

• Sound knowledge of MS Word (track changes and formatting of large documents) and Outlook
• Previous experience as a commercial property paralegal or commercial property legal assistant
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

This is a full-time permanent job working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. The role is fully office-based and is offered with free parking on site and a range of benefits including:
