Job Description

Trinity Business Support have a new and exciting opportunity for a Commercial Assistant to join our client on a 3 months temp contract with the potential to be extended for the correct candidate. Please see below an overview of the role and the skills they are looking for:

Main responsibilities are but limited too;

  • First level customer engagement and handling inbound enquiries (email and telephone)
  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial Team
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Input and maintain data into systems (SAGE) as required
  • Filing / archiving
  • Any other duties as required

Required Skills;

  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally SAGE
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Stockton-on-Tees, Durham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
