A Multinational engineering and design consultancy are looking for a part time Landscape Project Co-ordinator to join their team for a 12 month contract with the potential to go permanent.

Working alongside their landscaping team you will help coordinate bids and existing projects and ensure that the highest level of quality is delivered to their clients while building relationships with new clients and suppliers.

This role will be based in their Glasgow offices however they do also have an Edinburgh office which may suit better.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake Project co-ordination tasks including project set up, maintaining the programme and facilitating project delivery.
  • Coordinate bids and opportunities on Landscape Frameworks, maintain opportunity and pipeline tracker and records, manage delivery of community benefit activities.
  • Assist in development and collation of marketing material such as project case studies, value propositions etc.
  • Assist in set up and co-ordination of profile-raising activities, staff training, conferences and client events.
  • Organise and maintain project files and folders on the computer system, project archiving.
  • Set-up of new clients/suppliers on the system and supplier invoicing
  • Offer support to all landscape staff in Scotland & Northern Ireland, especially the Landscape managers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree qualification in a Landscape or related industry would be desirable
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills and networking ability
