As part of our Neighbourhoods team, you’ll deliver housing management services and a range of activities to promote tenants’ health and wellbeing.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing housing-related customer support to tenants living in the scheme
• Maintaining positive working relationships with external agencies
• Supporting the extra care scheme manager with the day-to-day running of the scheme
• Acting as the first point of contact for tenants and visitors
• Conducting health and safety inspections

What we’re looking for:

• Great customer service and communications skills
• Experience in a social housing or care environment would be ideal (but isn’t essential)
