Our Client is looking to recruit enthusiastic and progressive individuals that want to join our ambitious and expanding coffee company. If you have the ability to deliver outstanding customer service our client's Independent Coffee chain may be the place for you.

What we look for:

  • Experience in hospitality or customer service, and flexible working hours.
  • We are looking for full time workers, who are looking for 40 hours a week.
  • We are looking for people with weekend availability as well as weekday.

A bit about the role

Day to day you’ll be crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages that delights our customers. That means showcasing your knowledge, and a passion for delivering excellent coffee experiences.

What’s involved?

  • Welcoming customers and taking their orders
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
  • Operating cash registers and managing transactions
  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Following health and safety guidelines and company policies
  • Working as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service

A bit about you

  • Customer orientated positive attitude
  • Experience in customer service
  • Good verbal communication to be able to have a good conversation with customers
  • Able to accommodate flexible shifts
  • Able to work under pressure
  • A drive to learn, support the team and give back to the local community through our programs
