Temporary Role

We offer a variety of shift patterns with a range of fixed day and/or weekend shifts – full time and part time, so there’s always something to suit you.
Fixed-term role with possibility of extension (subject to availability)

As an Amazon Ultra-Fast Fresh team member, you’ll work in a warehouse that receives and ships room-temperature, chilled, and frozen groceries.
Our warehouses ship everything from cereal to ice cream. This means that you will work in freezer and refrigerated spaces for parts of your shift.

All the applicants who are successful in the selection process will be employed by Job and Talent to carry out a temporary work assignment to Amazon.

Pay
£11.00 per hour for day time shifts.
£16.50 Overtime (40-50 hours)
£22.00 Overtime (50-60 hours)

Experience
You don't need previous experience; you’ll get on the job training.

✅ What you will be doing with your team:

• receive and sort grocery inventory in room-temperature, chiller, and freezer sections of the warehouse
• check for product quality

- you may be working in a mixed working environment - ambient and chiller

• handling the full range of products sold by Amazon and its Marketplace sellers in the UK, including but not limited to age restricted products, food (including nuts and meat) and alcohol and chemicals

Skills you need to bring:

• Your safety comes first. You must be able to follow safety, quality, and production standards.
• You may stand and walk for most of your shift.
• You may need to lift and move products that weigh up to 23kg.
• You may need to be able to lift, bend, twist, kneel and crouch.
• You may need to be able to handle a full range of Amazon products, including alcohol and pork products.
