Job Description

Recra is working in partnership with a leading management specialist who is looking to add a Customer Operations Trainer to their team. As a Customer Operations Trainer, you’ll play a part in delivering induction and ongoing training to their Customer Operations teams in Birmingham and Doncaster. This will include designing effective learning materials and solutions that meet the needs and priorities of the business and create a positive learner experience.

What you’ll do:
  • Deliver and manage the Customer Operations Induction programme.
  • Support and mentor new colleagues.
  • Deliver ongoing bespoke behavioural skills training based on individual requirements and operational needs.
  • Design and deliver effective learning across Customer Operations in line with design principles and stakeholders' needs.
  • Support managers with ongoing coaching to improve and maintain performance.
  • Providing feedback to colleagues, managers, and operational trend analysis.

Skills/Knowledge:
  • Ability to deliver training to new and existing colleagues.
  • Strong customer service focus and solutions-orientated mindset.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to engage and manage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work individually and as part of a wider team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
