We’re on the hunt for a keen Social Media Manager with experience in community management, copywriting, influencer engagement, social listening and monitoring, and strategy. This role sits within the Corona Global team at draftLine (in-house Agency) where you’ll work alongside an agile team of social specialists as well as an ambitious brand team in NYC.
We’re looking for someone with exceptional oral and written communication skills as you’ll be responsible for managing the global social accounts daily, acting as the face and voice of Corona, and taking the lead on all community communications. With audiences all over the globe, this creative role offers the opportunity to have a real impact by bringing highly engaging social-first content to life. You will take monthly social content calendars from planning to execution, ensuring high-quality, on-brand content is consistently shared and monitored.

What will you be doing:
  • Being the voice of Corona across our social channels, ensuring two-way conversation with our audiences
  • Managing, executing, and reporting on our social channels, scheduling and posting daily
  • Using social listening techniques to spot and identify cultural trends and opportunities for our brands
  • Support across various AB InBev global and regional brands
  • Turning insights into executable ideas, with help from our creative team
  • Staying on top of the latest trends on social platforms
  • Assisting on collaboration and comms amongst Coronas key markets
  • Briefing in social content to video/design teams
What you will bring:
  • Experience in a relevant role within social media management and prior exposure to Travel and/or wellness sector is a plus.
  • Experience in influencer management.
  • Excellent understanding and interest in a broad range of social media platforms
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Reels/Tik Tok landscape and trends
  • High-quality Social Media community management output
  • Understanding of paid and organic media
  • Ability to work with a cross-functional team
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidence in influencer and creator communications
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication
