Job Description

We are an experienced full service marketing agency that is looking for a new sales executive to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for people that are looking for a work from home job - anywhere in the world!

We have a lead generation system already in place - so no arduous cold calling! The system requires a Sales Exec to be able to analyse prospects websites and generate a short 5-10 minute video explaining the issues with the website.

Digital marketing/SEO experience is not required but is definitely preferred. Training will be provided for sales techniques as well as SEO/Online Marketing. We have hours of example videos and successful telephone sales calls to aid with your training.

We are able to provide around 5 videos for creation per day which take around 20 mins each to complete.

We have an exciting and incredibly rewarding commission structure for those that wish to succeed!

The ideal candidate will be confident by nature, naturally driven and eager to achieve. You must be computer literate and have strong interpersonal skills.

Duties include:

  • Calling prospective warm leads.
  • Using the CRM system to identify and document your calls.
  • Providing bespoke quotes and service solutions.
  • Converting quotes to sales.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with customers post sale.
  • Maximising retention and cross-selling opportunities.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Ideally great customer services and sales experience is required, however full training will be provided.
  • At least 5 GCSEs or equivalent.
  • B2B sales or a KPI/ target driven environment - desirable.
  • A real drive to succeed.
  • The ability to quickly build rapport and engage customers on the phone.
  • Good questioning and listening skills, with the ability to overcome objections.
  • A tenacious and resilient personality.
  • Confidence making new contacts, pitching, and closing sales.
  • The desire to constantly develop knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
