Forry Commercial Limited ("FCL") are independent quantity surveyors and dispute resolution consultants providing services to end users, principal contractors and specialist building services sub-contractors (see more at www.forry.co.uk )

We are looking for a motivated, experienced and ambitious Commercial Manager. Ideally you should have experience with large construction projects and be a proficient practitioner of the NEC and JCT suite of contracts.

This particular opportunity is focused around the mechanical and electrical ("M&E") services so a robust understanding of M&E Systems is necessary, as is working knowledge of the NEC and JCT suite of contracts.

The successful candidate will be a self managed and motivated individual who is able to work on their own initiative and part of the team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £80,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
