Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Romiley, Stockport

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Key Holder and Sales Associate to join our team at The Reveller in Romiley. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge and interest in craft beer, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, including offering product recommendations. answering questions, and addressing customer concerns.

• Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends

• Open and/or close the shop, including handling cash and managing security procedures

• Restock and organise merchandise, ensuring a clean and tidy shop environment.

• Assist with inventory management and order processing.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.

• Strong knowledge and passion for craft beer and the craft beer industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25kg.

Salary: £10.42 per hour
