My client is a Small/Medium Enterprise delivering services across the UK and internationally from their London and Birmingham offices. Their passion is to deliver excellence through their work and in this they have developed and impressive client and project portfolio that demonstrates a high level of capability and expertise.

Currently a 25 strong firm, having organically grown through the strength of it's senior management team and their people and forecasting a continuation of this growth into the foreseeable future. Working on both private and corporate sector clients with project values ranging up to £130m with Quantity Surveying/Cost Management forming 70% of their workload

About the role

Initial Brief:
The position requires am ambitious, enthusiastic team player to work within an exciting growing team to deliver key client accounts for a variety of clients. The individual will become and integral member of the team delivering a high-quality service on key client accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to become a key member of their team, to grow and develop their career.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Ideally have an RICS or similar accredited degree in a construction or property related subject
  • Be at a chartered level through the RICS or other similar organisation, or be close to chartership
  • Have experience working for a construction consultancy or similar professional organisation within the construction or property sector
  • Be an enthusiastic team player with a positive and pro-active approach
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage tasks through to completion
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Provide a high standard or service
  • Be professional and presentable in appearance and manner
