About the Role

Base Location: Perth

Salary: £25,703 - £29,879 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The key duties and responsibilities of the Project Administrator are:

  • Producing and distributing various weekly/monthly reports to the regional project teams.
  • Ensuring all new start onboarding is completed to a high standard.
  • Supporting the Project Coordination Team meet deadlines.
  • Ordering personnel protective equipment for employees.
  • Assisting the Project Coordination team with general administration duties.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Excellent administration and organisational skills, this role is a busy one and will allow you an opportunity to learn more about our business and interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task.
  • Experience using Microsoft work packages.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
