The financial services client based in the City of London is a boutique investment & advisory firm as well as a financial services platform focused on principal investing, advisory and wealth solutions.

Job Description

The key duties for the Operations Assistant role are as follows:Operations tasks will include:

  • Assist with maintaining client and account data in various systems (CRM, project trackers)
  • Recurring tasks to ensure our systems remain accurate and up to date
  • Supporting the Partner/Head of Operations with ad hoc duties


Marketing tasks will include:

  • Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks within the Marketing space - for example currently the group is going through a brand revamp, building three new websites, and updating logos, graphics and all marketing templates, stationery, email signatures etc. Our Partner/Head of Operations will need some support with ensuring all assets are correct, complete, and aligned.

The candidate should have strong communication and client-facing skills, can-do attitude, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn as well as a desire to build a career in a growing company as this role has the potential to lead to other opportunities for the right candidate within the Operations and Client Services space.
