Conveyancing Legal Assistant | To £25k

My client are a busy South Wales Cardiff based law firm that have a vacancy for a full-time Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join their thriving Cardiff team.
My client has a strong client base with a substantial amount of work coming in from repeat clients or their referrals. They are a key member of the local business community and strive to be the market leader in the region. The culture is one of continuous growth and development, not only in terms of the expertise and the services they offer, but also in the engagement with the local community.

In your role, you will:
Work in the Residential Conveyancing Department, which has a thriving team.

This position will suit someone who is well organised and energetic and who enjoys working in a busy team, interacting with clients, agents and other third parties. The successful candidate will be part of a team of legal assistants for a fee earner within the Department and will also work closely with other team members.

Previous knowledge of residential conveyancing is essential.
