Job Description


Proactively manage the day-to-day execution of the area maintenance activities.

Support the Area Planner and Asset Engineer in execution of the planned, preventative and reactive maintenance activities across the area, to ensure they are delivered in an efficient and effective manner.

Accountabilities:

  • Line management of Engineering Technicians.
  • Task management of Technicians & 3rd party contractors across the area.
  • Workflow management of maintenance activities.
  • Responsibility for delivery of safe systems of work across the area inc, but not limited to:

Certs of Safety inc LHP, HWP, CSE, BA, AFC, Roof Access, JI.

Management of lifting operations at the appropriate level, inc creation of lift plans.

  • Originator and owners of appropriate level of change inc MOC process.
  • Independent delivery of appropriate RCA techniques to assist in the CI of assets.
  • Cover across the engineering management team.
  • Leads T2 maintenance input.

Qualifications
  • Experience in chemical plant/process operations.
  • Proficient with computers and various software inc the sites CMMS.
  • Appointed Person / Lift Supervisor.
  • T1 / T2 attendance.
