For the successful Production Operative our client is offering:
i. Shifts: £11.90 per hour, rising to £12.37 after 12 weeks
ii. Days: £10.70 per hour, rising to £11 after 12 weeks
iii. Full training provided along with progression opportunities
iv. Long-term position
v. Whilst training you will be required to work days
The role - Production Operative:
i. Operating manufacturing machines in line with set standards
ii. Operating and setting up various manufacturing machinery
iii. General cleaning duties
iv. General support with the production operatives when required
v. Working to timed productions KPIs
What our client is looking for in a Production Operative:
i. Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery - ESSENTIAL
ii. Previous quality control experience
iii. Keen to work as part of a team
iv. Steady work history
