LEGAL ASSISTANT – PRIVATE CLIENT (PART TIME)
SALARY: £19,000 - 21,000 D.O.E (PRO RATA)
LOCATION: WELINGBOROUGH
Due to continued business success and growth at GloverPriest Solicitors we are recruiting a Part Time Legal Assistant to join our dynamic Private Client team based in our Wellingborough office. You will be working 18 hours per week, your working pattern will be Tuesday 9am - 5pm, Wednesday 11am - 3pm and Friday 9am - 5pm.
Our ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in a similar role and will principally be involved in assisting a senior solicitor, on a private client (Wills, Probate, Power of Attorney) caseload.
The successful Legal Assistant – Private Client will possess:
· Legal Secretary with at least 12 months experience in a Private Client capacity (dealing with Wills, Probate, LPA’s, etc).
· Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload.
· Diary management
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
· Excellent, accurate key board skills, Audio Typing and Word Processing
· Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative.
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written, verbal and face to face.
