About your role
As Learning & Development Designer, you’ll scope, design and implement innovative and blended learning and development initiatives, deliver effective training programmes and make sure what we offer continues to deliver results in line with the needs of the business.
Where does your role fit in
This role sits within our small internal Learning & Development team and part of the wider HR function. You’ll be part of a talented team who together support the delivery of our overall learning and development strategy, people plan and support the delivery of functional plans by developing capabilities that allow us to drive our business goals.
This role will work with Senior Managers across the business and is pivotal in developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy in is gained and the success of our internal programmes is maximised.
