Healthcare Assistant - Complex care (Young Adult)
Location – Eastleigh, Hampshire
Pay – £13.25 - £22.00 per hour
Shift – Days and Nights – 12 Hour shifts

An amazing and exciting opportunity has arisen in Eastleigh for female carers, as OneCall24 Healthcare is looking to recruit a team of carers to work with a great young lady that lives with her family. This role will include supporting this young lady by creating a fun and positive atmosphere, helping her achieve her goals. Carers will be involved supporting her throughout the day and night with all health related tasks. We want our carers to be able to deliver person-centered care in line with a personalized care plan created specifically to meet the needs of our individual clients. This young lady has complex care needs including PEG, Tracheostomy and is ventilated at night; regardless of her needs this doesn't stop her enjoying every moment. Enabling her to have the best quality of life is the most rewarding aspect of her support.
You will be fully supported by our highly skilled Nurse Managers, who are on hand to support and guide all of staff, to ensure the highest standards of care and an excellent pathway of professional development.
