Team structure and relationships:
The Global Internal Communications Executive sits within the Global Internal Communications team and reports to the Global Senior Internal Communications Manager. Key day-to-day contacts include the Global Internal Communications Lead, Global External Communications colleagues, HR team, and internal communications colleagues around the world.
Global Internal Communications sits within our wider Global Business Generation function under the direction of our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
The Global Business Generation team are the custodians and drivers of best practice and expertise across all aspects of corporate communications, marketing and business development, including brand and profile, internal communications, digital and social media, winning bids and key client management.
With a new CMO (since Nov 2022), the team has recently refreshed its strategy and approach. There is real energy and enthusiasm to make an impact as experts in our fields. This will require us to ask difficult questions at times and be resilient in a fast-paced environment. The team is closely aligned to the company’s senior leadership and collaborate daily with colleagues across the globe.
