With an in-depth knowledge of nature or cultural heritage and improving public access to the outdoors, you’ll turn strategy into reality and deliver across a broad range of operational areas. You’ll manage an experienced Property Leadership Team and your motivational style will inspire and enable them to deliver outstanding results across all areas of the portfolio, in order to help generate the funds to invest back into further conservation and progress the National Trusts charitable purpose.

You’ll be competent at seeking out and establishing strong networks with external partners and stakeholders. You’ll work with statutory agencies to ensure our designated sites are well managed, with neighbouring communities to build resilient communities who benefit from our work, and with a diverse range of other partners to ensure our approach and offer is inclusive.
