As a corporate energy senior associate you will be advising on all aspects on the project life cycle of energy transition projects, with a focus on oil and gas. You will focusing on shareholder agreements, M&A transactions, joint ventures, Farm-out/ in agreements, and off shore service contracts.
The successful corporate energy senior associate will be an England & Wales, or other common law jurisdiction, qualified solicitor. Having a strong background in corporate law is essential, and having a keen interested in energy and renewables is highly desirable.
