HMSHost UK operate food outlets within Belfast City Airport, including Starbucks & Artisan Bar. From a familiar cup of Starbucks Coffee to freshly baked pastries, we have a varied offering to our guests to ensure they receive the best service to begin their journey. We are now looking for experienced Team Leaders to join us!

What is the role?

Team Leader. As a Team Leader you will guide and motivate your team to deliver the best coffee and standards in the airport. You must live Starbucks & HMSHost values and drive this through your shifts to ensure the perfect shift each time. In this role, leadership is key and you must lead by example at all times. We care about our teams and want to support & develop everyone to achieve their ambitions so this must be important to you & be portrayed in your leadership style. You will train in each of our units, including Starbucks and any future units so you must be completely flexible in your role to support the business as well as be able to adapt well to each concept and ensure each shift is ran with our company and brand standards at the heart of what you do.

· Full time contracted hours available, we offer 35, 20, 16 & 8 hour contracts to suit all availabilities!
